If you use Claude Code (terminal)

1. Open a terminal in this folder (the one this file is in).
2. Type claude and press Enter. Everything is already loaded: who you are, what you are working on, your build brief, and the skills.
3. Say: start. Claude reads your scenario and begins at step 1. It never asks you what to build; the inputs are in data/.
4. When your page exists as index.html, say publish this, or run ./publish.sh (Windows: publish.cmd).
5. Open your address on your phone. Find your tile on https://lab.neio.ai.

If you use the Claude app or Cowork (no terminal)

1. Open Claude on the desktop app. Go to Projects, then New project, then create it from a local folder, and pick this folder.
2. In the Project, say: start. The instructions in this folder tell Claude who you are and what to build; the inputs are in data/.
3. When Claude gives you index.html, save it into this folder.
4. Open https://lab.neio.ai/publish, paste the contents of publish-token.txt, drop index.html, press Publish.
5. Open your address on your phone. Find your tile on https://lab.neio.ai.

• publish-token.txt: yours alone. Do not share it or paste it into a chat.
• publish.sh and publish.cmd: one command to publish.
• .claude/skills/: publish, skill-creator, and the Codvo skills, loaded automatically in Claude Code.
• reference/: your deck, your guide, and the Advanced Claude Features reference as PDFs.
